The first 10 minutes of a telephone consultation are free, with each subsequent 30 minutes costing extra. 52,70<\/a> \u20ac and each subsequent 60 minutes 105,40 \u20ac<\/a>. To pay, please click on the correct amount! An invoice will be sent to you after the consultation has ended. To get the most out of this, please try to describe your situation or fault as clearly and understandably as possible. The call-out fee is \u20ac37.20 + \u20ac1.24 per kilometre (time + travel). The hourly rate starts at \u20ac105.40 per hour and depends on the nature of the work.<\/p>

Payment culture <\/strong>(or rather, the lack of it)<\/p>

The following is not about the customers of the online shop, they are fine, but every day new \u201ccooperation partners\u201d are added who deliberately do not pay their invoices. In reality, this is premeditated public theft where the culprit is known, there is no simple solution, the law protects crooks and thieves, and it all begins with endless lying and playing hide-and-seek. Since we are not a debt collection agency and have no other interest in dealing with debtors (scum), from 06.2026 we will exclude any \u201cI'll pay tomorrow\u201d option. Instead, prepayment will apply to everyone, and in case of emergencies, quick deposit payments can be made for operational action. Usually, when something goes wrong, it always happens at the most inconvenient time and requires a quick reaction. However, in such a situation, no one has time to make a price offer or a proforma invoice and wait for the money to arrive. We'll keep it simple, the customer pays upfront. \u20ac500 deposit payment<\/a> and work can begin straight away. The hourly rate is known and product prices are also known; the invoice will be based on the actual time spent and materials used. The logic for returning the unused portion of the deposit is just as simple. If the work is completed and the total service cost comes to, say, \u20ac200, then \u20ac300 is refunded to the client and a correct sales invoice is issued for the \u20ac200. The refund is made on the same day the work is completed.<\/p>

For larger projects, it is possible to make larger deposit payments: 1000 \u20ac<\/a> | 1500 \u20ac<\/a> | 2500 \u20ac<\/a> | 3500 \u20ac<\/a> | 4500 \u20ac<\/a> | 5500 \u20ac<\/a> | 6500 \u20ac<\/a> | 7500 \u20ac<\/a> | 8500 \u20ac<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>

We apologise to our good and honest customers; from 06.2026 onwards, an advance invoice will be issued to you as well for larger purchases. We have not done this once in over 20+ years, but now we have no other choice. We also urge you to make the lives of debtors as miserable as possible, let them end up all owing each other money and brawling among themselves. The message must be clear, debtors will not receive goods or services until all debts are paid. In future, they will receive goods with a smaller discount than before, only on a prepayment basis, and they will always be right at the back of the queue! There can be no question of crooks and thieves starting over with a \u201cclean slate\u201d.<\/p>

We understand that all sorts of things happen and can happen to anyone, but then you have to talk about it, not lie, play hide-and-seek, and hide yourself away in a crack in the wall. It is not normal for an insolvent man to knowingly take goods for which he is unable to pay.\u00a0<\/p>

Installation\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Since 02.2022 we no longer carry out installation work. The e-shop, sales, wholesale, technical support, consultations, initial setup assistance, diagnostics and everything else will continue to operate as a service as before. This change largely stems from the need for all boats to have their own maintenance team that knows the boat's history and also carries out all work. Then the boat owner has peace of mind and companies engaged in maintenance and installation work have more opportunities to develop. In fact, this is very necessary for the boat owner; anyone who has not yet understood this and always chooses the cheapest option should rethink things with a clear head. Otherwise, what happens is as it is now, that one builds and the other demolishes, and there is constant conflict and all parties involved point fingers at each other. If you do not yet have your own maintenance team, we can recommend one to you from among our existing cooperation partners. You agree everything yourselves, you accept the work yourselves, you settle accounts amongst yourselves and you also resolve any possible questions that arise during the work yourselves. Of course, you can also carry out these works yourselves or cooperate with a competent installation company chosen by you. It is recommended to carefully consider the installation of new equipment in advance. In the case of Raymarine navigation equipment purchased from Estonia, we will advise you during this process.<\/p>

Those boat owners who have chosen the seemingly \u201cbetter price\u201d of a foreign online shop over our 22+ years of experience and knowledge, and have acquired Raymarine navigation equipment from outside Estonia, must direct their questions to the seller of that product or book a paid consultation with us.<\/p>

Warranty\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of a warranty claim we will always help, you can bring to us any Raymarine product purchased from anywhere in the world that has a valid warranty. A correct proof of purchase document is required. Since everyone is very \u201csmart\u201d nowadays, let's state right away that a bank transfer copy which only shows that money has been paid to someone or a crumpled cash register receipt simply with the description \u201cNavigation equipment\u201d is not a proof of purchase document. The required document is an invoice which must be properly formatted with all necessary and clearly legible numbers. The invoice must state the legal seller, invoice date, product number of the faulty device, product name and serial number. If the product serial number is not on the invoice issued to you, please take a picture of the sticker on the faulty product showing both the product and serial numbers. For transducers, a picture must be taken of both sides of the white sticker around the cable.<\/p>

Warranty does not apply to devices with mechanical damage or those affected by lightning and voltage surges. In such cases, a fixed-price repair may be possible. This service is not cheap, but it is cheaper than a new device. Whether it is reasonable or not will become clear during our conversation. Each device has a different repair cost and this must always be enquired about separately for each device. To get an accurate answer, the Raymarine product number and a brief informative description of the fault are required.<\/p>

All prices in the online shop and for services include Estonian VAT. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in person with cash or bank card., Visa\/MasterCard<\/a>, Payments can be made by bank transfer based on an order, and through Maksekeskus's application using a bank link, credit card, and Apple Pay and Google Pay<\/a> -ga.<\/p>
