Ancor NMEA 2000 power isolator can be used to isolate the power of two independent NMEA 2000 networks.

Reduce battery power consumption by switching off one part of the network while the other remains operational. You can also use this to solve voltage drop problems in long networks.

Yellow connector blocks connect to trunk cables and T-connectors, creating a simplified, colour-coded network installation.

The Maretron on-board NMEA 2000 Micro-C straight connector is designed for making straight cable terminations. The connector can be fitted to the ends of any NMEA 2000 cables with a diameter of 6-8 mm taken from a roll. The connector has screw terminals for connecting the cable and a connector with a Micro-C end. It is essential to use only special NMEA 2000® approved cables and connectors on NMEA 2000® networks to ensure correct data transmission and network reliability. Use original adapter cables to integrate your NMEA2000 network with a Raymarine STNG network. Do not duplicate the power supply or grounding of different integrated networks. Be sure to consult the manuals for this product and contact our specialist if you have any questions.

Thread the NMEA 2000 cable through the connector housing. Strip approximately 20 mm of the cable's outer insulation. Cut the blue wire 7 mm shorter than the others. Clean the wire ends and fit uninsulated ferrules (max. length 6 mm) to all wires that will be screwed down. Fit a heat shrink tube over the unsleeved drain wire to prevent it from touching the screw for the central Can-L (blue) terminal. The blue wire, which is 7 mm shorter than the others, should be connected last. Insert the connector core into the housing so that the wire groove faces the desired direction; there are 4 possible positions. Hand-tighten the plastic nut; do not overtighten. Ensure the cable exiting the connector is free in the socket and manually tighten the cable strain relief nut.

The Maretron field-installable NMEA 2000 Micro-C elbow connector is designed for making 90º turns in tight spaces. Often, situations arise where a new device barely fits into an old mounting console, but straight connector cables no longer fit. This is where the 90º elbow connector comes in handy. The field-installable elbow connector has another useful feature: its interior can be rotated so that the connector's pin/socket faces in four different directions. In NMEA 2000® systems, it is important to use only dedicated NMEA 2000® approved cables and connectors to ensure correct data transmission and network reliability. To integrate an NMEA 2000 network with a Raymarine STNG network, use original adapter cables. Do not duplicate power circuits or grounding of different integrated networks.
